This website (arvave.com) is operated by Arvave Games Teknoloji Anonim Şirketi, a company registered in Türkiye (MERSİS 0086167193300001, Abdullah Paşa Mah. 82 Sk. No: 5 İç Kapı No: 1, Merkez / Elazığ). The company is the data controller under Türkiye’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).
The website has no forms, cookies, analytics, advertising or tracking, and it stores nothing in your browser. When you open a page, your browser sends technical information to the server: your IP address, the date and time, the page requested, the referring page if your browser shares it, and your browser’s user agent. Our hosting provider, Hostinger, records this in server access logs, which we use only to deliver the website and keep it secure (KVKK Article 5(2)(f) and, for traffic data the law requires us to keep, Article 5(2)(ç); where the GDPR applies, Article 6(1)(f)). The logs are kept for the period set by the provider and the law, then deleted. Hostinger may process them on servers outside Türkiye, under the mechanisms of KVKK Article 9.
